Created the team that secured a 22 million dollar settlement following a trust litigation settlement, by defeating an assignment in violation of a spendthrift clause defendeding the issue before the superior court of Pennsylvania.

Directed the team that secured a uni-trust conversion to a discretionary trust, ensuring the clients income.
